Job Description

---- Inquire and check the quotation, orders and delivery of standard products

----Contact with Japanese Head Quarter (about delivery terms, and consumers’ complaints)

----Non-standard product drawing and production in Japan.

---Customer information maintenance ,and gifts sending

---Coordinate with sales persons

---Consignment(remittance memo check and contact with financial department), quick response to consignment requests by customers

---Explanation for new staff , training for quotation , order-making and payable terms checking, etc.

Qualifications

--- Under 26 years old with full-time bachelor degree or above

--- Acute thinking, patient ,careful and responsible

--- Team spirits and good learning ability; strong interpersonal skills.

--- Fluent in Mandarin ,Japanese or equal to Japanese level two certificate or CET 6

---Shanghai residence, with preference given to those with more than one year’s experience in tool processing and cutting industry.
