The fifth “Industrial Exposition” was held in Hangzhou International Peace Exhibit Center in Zejiang , and it has been listed as the sponsor event approved by Hangzhou City Government in 2006. It has become one of the key events supported by Hangzhou City Government, an important measure to accelerate the development of manufactory industry by provincial government. As the crucial part of “Made in China” efforts, Zejiang has the obvious advantage of innovative system, coastal location and low labor costs. Carrying on the shift of global industry and building the “Made in Zejiang” is a strategic choice made on the basis of deeper and wider participating in international competition and cooperation.  The key cities in Changjiang delta zones are the manufactory bases for the car, machine, shipbuilding, mold&die, IT production in China, listed as the NO 1 in terms of economic scale. It is also the key market for the commonly-used modern manufactory techniques in China. In the coming 10 years, Changjiang economic delta will rebuild its traditional industries by high-technology, aiming at becoming one of the most important new type manufactory centers in the world. Building Zejiang into the advanced manufactory center is a historical choice made for constructing “Made in China”.
